This is a nice three bedroom two bathroom ranch house on one acre of land. In this particular situation, the original owner had passed away and her children were left in charge of her estate. Two of the siblings live out of state but the third is living in the house and needs time to move. A flexible closing date, with a week grace period, to allow the current occupant time to secure suitable housing, is necessary.
